The stone is a so-called rune stone.
Did you know that it has Denmark's longest runic inscription.
Den er rejst ca i år 900. Så er Lumby Mølle jo bare en ung dreng i forhold til............:-)

The area of the stone
As you can see from the pictures above and here to the right, it is a pure slaraffenland to get to the Glavendrup stone.
There is forest, shelter, water, campfire and dining area. In addition, there are several small groves with stones and of course the Glavendrup stone itself.
Take a stroll past a weekend with the kids. Who does not love nature, a little food and a great rock.
